8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

8.1 AI Services

Our AI-based professional services include consultation, integration, and support. If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date, you may transfer the session to a later date. Refunds are available only if the service is not yet delivered. For cancellations after commencement, no refund is provided due to resource scheduling.

8.2 Digital Products

Digital content such as software downloads, eBooks, and training materials may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the content has not been fully accessed or downloaded. 8.3 Physical Goods

Physical devices ordered through SmartLifeAi may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact our support team. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange. Shipping costs may apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

SmartLifeAi is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of our products or services beyond the purchase value.
